Position: Chief Executive

Location: Eastleigh

Salary: Dependent on hours & relevant experience (£36,000-£39,500 FTE)

London allowance: No

Salary pro rata: Yes

Hours per week: 21-30 (subject to negotiation) to be worked flexibly

Type of contract: Permanent

Citizens Advice Eastleigh provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone who lives or works in Eastleigh.

We are looking for a Chief Executive to lead the team of staff and volunteers.

You will need to work with the Trustee Board to develop and implement our future strategy and successfully attract further funding resources. You will need to have experience in leading a team but CAB experience is not necessarily required. You should possess a good understanding of financial management and experience of income generation, together with the professional and personal qualities to lead our team of staff and volunteers.
