This is a busy and exciting time to be part of Citizens Advice, as we continue to expand and develop our services across Bury and Bolton.

Citizens Advice Bury and Bolton is a busy, dynamic and client focused service, with a track record of delivering high quality advice. Clients are engaged via a range of advice channels and activity centres.

This role sits within our Customer Relations Team - a central team within the organisation, which plays a key role in supporting vulnerable clients to access services. The Customer Relations Team undertakes vital administrative tasks for the organisation, while engaging directly with clients, often acting as the first point of contact with the service.

We are looking for a professional, outgoing individual who will thrive working as part of a fast paced and evolving team.
